As a trial lawyer and partner at the local law firm Lesavoy Butz & Seitz, I represent individuals and businesses in a variety of legal matters ranging from contract and tort disputes, mergers and acquisitions, employment claims, complex tax appeals, lender liability defense cases, real estate disputes, zoning hearings, and orphan’s court matters. I have also served as court-appointed counsel in criminal cases involving juveniles.
In addition to my law practice, I make time for pro bono work that includes the representation of multiple non-profits in transactions and litigation. I am also honored to participate in the “Wills for Heroes” program to protect those who protect us by drafting free wills and estate planning documents for our nation’s fire fighters, police, and paramedics.
When not practicing law and spending time with my family, I volunteer weekly at a group home for adults with cognitive disabilities. I am also an active board member of a local school and the Bar Association of Lehigh County where I am a past president.
